How HORNBACH is digitizing DIY store planning with Perspectix

In just 14 months, HORNBACH Baumarkt AG implemented the P ́X Retail Solution from Perspectix for the planning of its 171 DIY stores and garden centers in nine European countries. To this end, Perspectix converted around 1200 types of product carriers and 10,000 planograms from a legacy system into realistic 3D representations. To date, around 3,800 users in the stores and the head office are working on individual store plans on a web-based basis in order to improve the customer shopping experience and productivity across more than two million square meters of sales space.

As a pioneer of DIY megastores with garden centers, HORNBACH is now one of the five largest providers in Europe. The family-run company operates 171 DIY megastores with garden centers in nine countries with a total of 25,000 employees and more than two million square meters of sales space.
