With Open4AI, Perspectix is opening up its solutions for the use of generative artificial intelligence. We are committed to technological openness: Our customers decide for themselves which AI solutions fit their IT landscape, data strategy, and business processes. Perspectix combines the capabilities of generative AI with the specialized product knowledge and proven rule-based configuration of the P’X Industry Solution, as well as the planning algorithms of the P’X Retail Solution.
1. AI-powered configuration in the P’X Industry Solution:
our concept
Your company’s AI assistant captures requirements through natural-language dialogue, clarifies any open questions, and passes the information on to the P’X Industry Solution in a structured format. Technical configuration continues to be based on validated product rules. The AI captures the information; P’X configures it.
The Vision:
It is conceivable that an AI assistant could read requirements directly from existing sources—such as a customer inquiry via email or a request for proposals—and pass them on to the configurator, so that, ideally, manual input would be virtually unnecessary.
2. AI-Supported Development and Maintenance
The P'X VCML Knowledge Service provides AI assistants at the user company with Perspectix's development expertise via an MCP server and enables the validation of program code. The new Authoring Workbench for Visual Studio Code integrates AI support directly into the development environment.
